Hmm... diamonds aren't really my thing. My engagement ring is diamond, but that's it. I like getting jewelry, but chocolate and flowers is just more romantic. Jewelry gets you laid, but chocolate and flowers gets you UBER laid

Yeah, see, I am right there with you. Diamonds are pretty and sparkly, but chocolate is tasty. My engagement ring is also large, but it was the fact that after 6 years Phooey finally asked me to marry him that did it moreso than the diamond. He jokes, but I really would have taken one of those 25 cent rings from the machines. That is not to say that I don't like my diamond, because I really do.
Now, as lame as this sounds, the truth is that coming home to a clean house would really do it. And it can't be after a fight or after I have asked. That's just me though.
