| !World War 3! "!Warning!" Yep, you read the title right. As I am sure we all have heard by now from the news, there is a World War 3 "Warning". Bush has really fucked up now, we all mine aswell run to Mexico or Canada. I can already see it, a second great depression. I feel this should be discussed. |

| Market in Vancouver is so fucking hot atm, I don't understand where some of these people are getting their cash. To get a house in the Lower Mainland you'd have to spend 515,000$ minimum to get a 3 bedroom house. In the other areas, you could get a house for about 250-300k, with about 1.7-2k sqft. I have a 980sqft apartment, top floor corner unit. Just refinanced on it at 335,000$. I bought it for 280 in october last year, and already pulled out 43k in equity. (55k equity, refinancing allows up to 75% of the equity to be pulled out = 43.5k) Still a couple more years till the Olympics hits vancouver, so Lots of growth in the market up here. If you bought in the next month or so your guaranteed to make alot in equity quickly. I can email you some Listings in the area if your really serious about moving up here.

| There isn't that much to say, no new information is out. I even looked it up on the interent, I just got a bunch of WWIII Predictions saying that China will attack us or something lmao. |

| That's because there was no "real" warning. Bush was just being his retarded fear-mongering self and saying that if we don't take action against the nuclear (or nucular, if you're Bush) program in Iran, it would lead to WWIII. |
